Privacy policy
Last updated: August 23, 2026
The Website Boutique ("we," "us") operates thewebsiteboutique.app. The Website Boutique is a brand of Andflow SpA, a company organized under the laws of Chile; the legal entity has not changed. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and how you can control it.
Information we collect
- Booking a call: when you book a free diagnosis call, we collect your name, email, phone number, the time slot you pick, and — if you choose to share them — your business type, what you need, and your budget range. This is scheduled through our CRM provider (Eva) and we also keep a copy in our own database, so a booking is not lost if that provider is unavailable.
- Contact form: if you write to us through the form on our home page, we collect your name, email, phone number, and the message you send.
- Free downloads: our guides and other free resources are gated: to download one you give us your email address, which we store along with which resource you requested and in which language. We use it to send you related material and to follow up.
- Technical data attached to the above: whenever you submit any of these forms, we also store your IP address, your browser’s user agent string, and the page or referring URL you submitted from. We use this to tell real submissions from automated ones and to understand which pages bring people in. It is stored alongside the rest of your submission and is therefore linked to you.
- Contact clicks: when you click our WhatsApp button or one of our email links, we record that a click happened — the channel, the page you clicked from, the language, and the same technical data described above. We record only that the click occurred; the conversation that follows happens outside this website and is not captured here.
- Website speed tool: if you use the speed test on our site, the website address you enter is sent to Google’s PageSpeed Insights API to produce the report. We do not store the addresses tested.
- Information from Meta lead forms: if you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta shares the information you entered there (typically name, email, phone) with us so we can follow up.
- Usage data: we use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use this site — pages viewed, clicks, session duration, and similar behavior. This data is not linked to your name unless you separately submit a form.
- Advertising data: we use the Meta Pixel to measure how people who see or click our ads use this site, and to build ad audiences. Meta’s own privacy policy governs how it handles this data on its side.
- WhatsApp: if you click through to chat with us on WhatsApp, that conversation happens on WhatsApp’s platform and is subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy, not this one.
How we use it
We use the information above to respond to your inquiry, schedule and conduct your diagnosis call, provide the services you engage us for, and improve this website and our ad campaigns. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information with the service providers that help us run this site and our booking system — currently Supabase (our database and backend), Vercel (website hosting), our Eva CRM (calendar and follow-up), Google (Analytics, Tag Manager and the PageSpeed Insights API), and Meta (Pixel, lead forms). Each of these processes data under its own privacy terms. We don’t share your information with anyone else except as required by law.
Cookies
This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure traffic and ad performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage the ads you see from Meta in your Facebook/Instagram ad preferences.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and booking records for as long as we may reasonably need them to follow up on your inquiry and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and we delete them on request. Contact-click records, which are not linked to a name, are kept as aggregate usage history.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you — including the technical data described above. We will act on any such request without charge. To make a request, email us at info@thewebsiteboutique.app.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our tools or practices change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
