Booking a call or submitting a form

When you book a diagnosis call or submit a lead form (on this site or on Facebook/Instagram), you’re asking us to contact you. We’ll use the phone number, email, or WhatsApp you provide to follow up about your inquiry. Providing false or someone else’s contact information to book a slot wastes a real appointment slot and isn’t permitted.
