Repair

Most sites break quietly.

A form that stopped sending doesn't send you a notice about it. We go through the site you already have, write down what's actually wrong, and fix it — $425, no rebuild.

I have a site and nothing comes in.

Sometimes nothing comes in because nothing can

Before spending on traffic or on a rebuild, it's worth checking that the site can receive a message at all. A form that stopped sending after a plugin updated itself, a contact address that bounces, a page that gives up on a phone — none of it announces itself. From the outside the site looks the same as it did.

A repair starts with the diagnosis. We go through the site, write down what's broken and what's merely slow, and tell you which of it is worth fixing. Then a senior developer fixes it — the same person who found it, not a ticket handed down a level.

You get it in writing: what was wrong, what changed, and why it broke, so the next person who touches the site isn't starting from zero. It doesn't have to be a site we built.

What you get

  • A full technical diagnosis, written down, not read to you on a call
  • Every form and contact path tested end to end
  • Load speed checked on a phone, not just on a laptop
  • Security and update check — certificates, out-of-date plugins, exposed admin
  • The fixes, done by a senior developer, not outsourced
  • A plain-language summary of what broke and why
  • Works on any site, whoever built it

When you don't need this

Four situations where this is the wrong thing to buy. If one of them is yours, say so on the call and we'll point you at the cheaper answer.

01

Nothing's broken and you just don't like it any more. That's a rebuild, and calling it a repair only delays the same conversation.

02

Everything works and still nothing comes in. Then it's a traffic problem or a message problem, and $425 spent here buys you a clean bill of health and no new customers.

03

You're moving off the platform in a few months. Paying to fix something you're about to replace is a bad trade, and we'll say so before you book.

04

The site is down right now. That's a support call, not scheduled work — say so when you book and we'll tell you honestly what can happen today.

FAQ

Does a repair have to be on a site you built?

No. Repair works on any existing site, built by us or by anyone else. Most of the ones we open were built by somebody who is no longer reachable.

What if a repair turns up more than $425 of work?

The $425 buys the diagnosis and the fixing. If what turns up is a rebuild rather than a repair, you hear that — with the reasons in writing — before anything else happens.

What platforms can you repair a site on?

Tell us what it's built on when you book. We work on most of what small businesses actually run — and if yours is something we'd be guessing at, we'll say so instead of charging you to find out.

Will my site be faster after the repair?

Speed is part of the check either way, and the report tells you where the time is going. Whether it can be fixed inside a repair depends on the cause — sometimes it's an oversized image, sometimes it's the platform itself, and those are very different bills.
